Pat charted 38 Top 40 hits, sold nearly 50 million records, and spent 220 consecutive weeks on the Billboard charts. He also hosted The Pat Boone Chevy Showroom (1957–1960), featuring stars like Nat King Cole and Johnny Mathis.

It is a travesty that Pat Boone has not been inducted into the Rock and Roll hall of fame considering if it had not been for Elvis Presley, Mr Boone would have been the number 1 Rock and Roller of his time. He has always been well respected by his contemporaries. Please put this right and give Pat Boone this well deserved honor. Margaret Floyd

Pat Boone was always a fav of mine & I wasn’t born until 1955! He attended the same college as my uncle & they were friends at school.
He really brought R&B to whites since whites would not have heard most of those song if not for Boone covers!
