This is a cause dear to my heart, at home we are using some tiny internet company that have some of the slowest speeds I have ever seen and sometimes have unnotified outages of service. I have been mentioning to my parents for maybe up to 2 years now that fiber optic internet is available in our area but they keep pushing the idea of switching to one side. With arguments like; "it's fine for what we use it for," and the classic parent "we'll think about it," but now 2 years down the line nothing has happened and I demand change. They don't even use the internet and while I use it everyday for streaming videos and playing games, the fact that I don't have good enough internet for these things most of the time is really taking it's toll on my mentally.
