Deane is the best thing that has happened to my school and deserves more than this. Don't even want to think about having to go to school and not seeing him and having him make my day with his overall positivity and optimistic attitude.

I went to Monroe last year as a senior, Officer Deane was the best resource officer that school had in my 4 years there he connected with the students better than others and people confined and trusted in him more than the teachers or other staff

Officer Deane is a huge asset to our school system and the students within it, I honestly believe it will have a very negative effect on William Monroe to not have him working as one of our resource officers

I am a student at WMHS and Officer Dean was the best resource officer I have known he treated the student said we were one of his own he did very well respecting us and kept us out of trouble he deserves his job back. Nobody can replace him
