What's wrong with the picture, there isn't anything wrong with it. leave the man alone and let him use his picture. You have teachers out there sending sexy selfie of there genitals to students. I don't see the resemblance of those pictures to his picture of him and his cat.

i see absolutely no problem with it. the picture has been taken and as far as i see it, as long as it meets the size requirements, there should be no reason to reject it.
