I thought the whole point of allowing students to take their own pictures for yearbook is to allow them toexpress their own personality. Part of this man's personality is being a cat lover. What in the world is the issue?? It's a PICTURE. As usual, those in authority worrying about the wrong things.

I saw some mean comments on my facebook about this story and this is to anyone who isnt supportive of this:Wow, look at all the assholes commenting. I thought I'd see some words of encouragement for this young man. What is so wrong for taking a picture with your cat for a school yearbook picture? Haven't any of you ever had something that meant anything to you? But we let the head cheerleader take picture with her pom-poms and the linebacker take pictures with a foot ball? It's a just a damn cat. What the issue? Way to go society. Way to make another person feel like shit for loving something.

Good Luck! I believe that yearbook is made for the students and therefore the students should be able to do as they please. Its not even a bad photo. I would leave it up to the students.
