Hate to tell ya Tyler but you aren't special and are by far not original, that style of photo is on almost every shelf of every parent who had a child growing up in the 70's.
So while he may have seen your photo as inspiration (although I doubt it), you copied an entire generation, so screw you.

I guess NY is slow. Yearbook photos here in KY can be taken with your horse, cow , car, 4 wheeler , you name it ! Let this guy show his love for his cat. Great photo, why not promote kindness to animals? I hope he gets his photo in the yearbook!

When I was a senior in 1968, we posed for stiff formal portraits in black and white. That ere is long gone. Students should be allowed to pose with objects that mean something to them - I have seen senior portraits with sports equipment, for example.
