Could be much worse. The students pay for the yearbooks and it's a cat! There is no reasonable argument against this photo that the school could cite.

Individuality is what makes us who we are. He should most certainly be allowed to have this photo as his yearbook picture.

This is unique, and creative. But it is NOT inappropriate or offensive. I think kids should be able to have more say in their yearbook photos. Especially for their senior year.
