It is not offensive. It is not pornographic. It is not vulgar. And just who the heck is a High School Yearbook for anyway? It is something personal that no one except the people in that particular school attending for that particular year will even care about after it is completed. If this is how he wants to be immortalized, let him - it isn't harming anything.
