He should with out a doubt use this photo! If you ask me, he should get first prize for most creative and unusual picture. Love how he sets himself apart.
Why is the school having a problem with the picture. Its showing his personality and his love for his cat.I have a similar picture of myself and my cat (Tiggy) pictured at my high school in SD. Get over yourself New York!
