To who ever the person didn't have the balls to put their name on the comments the reason crisswell can't tech the kids is becuase they put all the bad kids in his class so no one else has to put up with them

I'm not in school but criswell was a great man he was determined to teach you thing and would work hands on with you to help you which now A days teachers don't do he was a great teacher

Best I've ever had. Trys to get involved with students more then any other teacher there.

He is not effective in the classroom. He is a fine person, but is not good at classroom management. The majority of students do not respect or listen to him. They do very little academically in the classroom and the classroom is often chaotic without any real learning targets being accomplished. Many students roam the halls during their class time and he will have no idea where the students are. This is not a good situation, safe or academically secure. He is a nice person who wants kids to do well, he is just not effective as a teacher. This is not entirely a problem of his own. Had he had better support and guidance from the vocational principals that he worked for, perhaps he would have developed better management skills and he would not have need to be replaced with someone who will develop more sound academic and management practices in the classroom.

Mr. Criswell does not deserve to get fired. He needs hired back. I'm a FFA student an he has done nothing but good teaching us leadership, agriculture and what everday life is going to bring you. He cares about his Ag students an loves what he does. He's always there for us. To pat us on the back an tell us we got this when we compete.
"Please hire Mr. Criswell back"
