We, as parents and tax payers deserve to know why we have teachers being paid to be at home. We have a right to know if our children have been put in compromised situations. Our children, have a right to understand why their teacher had suddenly "disappeared ". We want answers. We want action.

Nothing concrete has been communicated to parents and students. The students deserve to be taught by a passionate teacher like Mr. Church. If he can be dismissed without just cause, how can other teachers feel secure? Brings back. My child said " Science is in color when Mr. Church teaches."

My child is upset and asking why his favorite teacher is no longer in the class room. He has been looking forward to go to camp with Mr. Church. I have met with Mr. Church and he has helped my son grow to be a good student and to enjoy school .

Mr. Church is an outstanding teacher and helps all the students succeed. I have seen many times where a teacher from a younger grade sends a student from their class to Mr. Church and Mr. Church sets up an award system for the individual and then the student has success. I think the this whole situation has been handled so unprofessional on all accounts.

Mr. Church is an incredible teacher and has contributed so much to this community. His teaching style brings learning to life. He is able to connect STEM education to real life. My son misses his teacher and the excitement he brings to learning. My family and our community want answers. I want him back where he belongs...with his students who adore him.

All three of our kids 16,14,12 had Mr. Church. Best teacher in the district, maybe in the state. Inspired our kids to achieve more through after school robotics and rocketry programs. What foolishness has kept him away? Bring him back now, before we lose him forever!!

Mr. Church is a fantastic teacher with a huge heart. Both he and his students deserve to benefit from his talents

I'm so sorry that Mr. church has been removed from teaching. He is simply an outstanding teacher. My daughter remembers him as the best educator ever! My dealings with the Pullman education district on the other hand was a different story. I was PTO/PTA president for some years at Sunnyside and observed the board to be secretive and acting with disregard for their shareholders in order to avoid conflicts. Apparently things have not changed from 7 years ago when a principal had to "disappear" since he apparently went bonkers!!! Still no explanation in that one. Good luck Mr. Church and know that your community is behind you. My daughter cherished having you as a teacher and our only regret was that we had to move before our two younger daughters could have been taught by you.
