A tremendously innovative and influential band that inspired countless musicians, particularly guitarists, who came after them. Mountain delivered several classic songs that are still staples of Classic Rock Radio and Leslie West continues to inspire each generation of six string slingers. YES to Mountain being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!!!

It's so ridiculous that the incredible band Mountain is NOT in the HOF!! Yet they keep voting in non-rock and roll artists like Snoop Puppy!!! BS. INDUCT MOUNTAIN NOW!!!!

Why isn't Leslie in the Rock and Roll hall of Fame? You have people inducted that aren't even rock and roll stars! Give this man and the band Mountain their due! WTF!

To me Mountain Is the very Definition of late 60's Early 70's Hard Rock Music. The hard hitting, soulful voice of Leslie West and his legendary guitar work still give me chills and take me back to a time when musicians had real talent. Bands blazed new trails of creative expression without computerized technical help. There are a lot of members in the R&R HoF that seem questionable. I'm shocked and dismayed that you didn't include Mountain while Leslie was alive. He earned it! If Mountain isn't approved, you really need to change the name to Pop Music HoF.

Unfortunately never got to see Mountain live in concert. But when I first heard Mississippi Queen I was hooked. Flowers of Evil was an under appreciated piece of work that alone should get them in the HOF (though we all know the RRHOF has become a total farce). Felix's wife deprived the world of untold works

Mountain, and Leslie West and Felix Pappalardi separately, should be in the HOF.
Leslie West inspired many of us with his powerful style, and Felix not only wrote and played with Mountain, but produced records for Cream, among others.

This was one of the best super bands of all time lead by a guitar god. It’s a no brained that this group of stellar musicians need to be in the R&R Hall of Fame
