One of my favorite bands of all time. I saw them a number of times at The Fillmore East NYC--Not only great songs and songwriters but their stage presence was awesome and could play within a theme of a song but also could extend it through jamming on the theme of a song which would bring it to a boil--their sound with the original band was original and inspiring.

Leslie in my book is one of the most melodic guitarists of all time. He plays what he sings in his head. Felix was a very intense producer and musician. He was uncompromising and gave Mountain the sound that became their trademark and influenced many bands since.

always loved Mountain since the 70s and they REALLY deserve to be in the R and R Hall of Fame so, yeh...here's my 2 cents worth !.(Mountain are worth wayyyy more than 2 c of course !)
