I have biked around WBL for 40 years. In recent years, I have had several close calls w/ cars due to narrow shoulders and drivers texting!

I support this proposed safe route around White Bear Lake. What a great way to get around the neighborhood with friends and family.

With the completion of the Hwy 96 and SR244 through Dellwood, the two most dangerous sections of the trail, walking and biking around White Bear Lake will be much safer.

I have biked around WBL many times over many years & have always found the Dellwood/Mahtomedi part the most intimidating with no comfortable bike lane available. I strongly support this latest effort to provide a safe enjoyable means to be able to bike around all of WBL.

Why should I take my bike and my MONEY to Hennepin County twice a week? Because that is where the safe trails are.

I fully support the Lake Links trail vision. As a resident of the White Bear Lake/ Shoreview area I believe this project is a valuable investment in maintaining a high quality of life in this area of Ramsey County.

I live a couple of miles south of White Bear Lake in Maplewood and love riding around the lake. The problem is on the north and east sides of the lake it can be dangerous riding on Hwy 96 and SR 244. The trail will be a wonderful asset for the entire north side St. Paul community making biking in White Bear Lake much safer and a lot more fun.

East side of WBL is a critical link and needs an upgrade to make it safe for all users.

This is a beautiful ride, walk, or run. It needs the protected links to allow all to participate safely.

Hwy 244 has become incredibly dangerous for cycling and running. Without a proper safe bike/walk path, someone will be hurt or killed very soon. Please help us get this done! Thank you!
