1 in 5 people are sexually assaulted in some way..not because there are a ton of child predators, but because 1 pedophile usually has dozens of victims. The fact that they would release a known repeat offender, further reduces my faith in the justice system. If you've been found guilty of harming a child 2 times, you should never ever be given another chance of being around children. This makes me soooo outraged. Unfortunately, I also know of pedophiles that never serve a day in prison cause their victims are too young to testify. Our laws needs to change. This is not the cops fault, it is our prosecutors who keep letting dangerous criminals out of jail and onto our streets. How much more is it costing the city to house him, then it would to just keep his sorry ass in jail? Now the poor cops are gonna have to protect this scumbag from the citizens who don't want their children hurt.

We lived on the 3000 block of N Texas with our 3 year old! So glad we are not there. He runes kids lives forever and they let him out to live his life! No way not right! He should have been put away forever! Someone needs to get their head on straight!!!

I have two daughters my oldest attends Armijo high school, she also walk to school I already didn't feel safe with my daughter walking to school and now I am sick to my stomach that this guy is close to all these children. Children are our future please relocate this guy (pervert) lack of a meaning for a man.
