Darby of IC went out of her way to help me get a new hoop on a mommy's budget. The connection is flawless and just an overall great hoop and perfect. Some of the best customer service off etsy I've ever had! I have no idea why her shop is on this list!

screw Infinite circles nothing but stuck up people who don't know the owner of IC. she's an awesome hoop maker who is very helpful in every way she can be worth her hoops. plus it's not her fault that the post office is taking their sweet ass time. she does what she can to please get customers with the hoops she's makes for them.

IC does not deserve to be on this list. The hoop I got from her is not only my favorite hoop, but it's also the best-quality hoop I have. The customer service is amazing, too: Darby answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Looking forward to buying from her again.
