One thing I've seen is the janitors/hall monitor staff giving favor to particular students in the neighborhood program. (i.e. letting them cut in lunch line, which actually has a REALLY big effect on the other students because they have to wait longer to get lunch. Not fair, everybody needs to grow up and wait in line just like everybody else. This isn't preschool.)

Mainly the water fountain situation is what I feel has lack of attention. And the bathrooms
