Hello ,i am a 21 year old homeless,disabled student i am currently making this petition to not only get my stalker/domestic offender approved civil protection order and to also get my case to trail so my offender can be sent to serve time. In november 2014 i was approached by a male Darren Kelly who stalked me until he could get me alone and keep me captive for up to multiple days and weeks at a time and perform sexual and domestic acts . While making my escape on January 4 2015 he stole most of my identity items and threw away my property he has hacked into my accounts and threaten me my friends and family he has brought underage women in his home and also performed sexual acts and has a high theft level. Background on mr kelly , is a physical and mental disabled 31 year old dc resident with 2 kids, he has a history of criminal activity served for manslaughter and stalking and domestic violence he is a man that finds women in vulnerable situations and briefs them with false stories and accusations he uses his kids to get women among other things please sign this petition for me to help him before he finds more young victims.
