here in Wales there is a huge need for help for adults with learning disabilities and their families. There are many families out there who are struggling on a daily basis to get help for their son/daughter who is an adult with some form of learning disability. These families are left to fend for themselves, left to deal and struggle daily with either very little help or no help at all. These families are breaking down or hitting crisis point and even then there is no help for them.These adults are struggling with how they feel,how they express themselves. Yes some have social workers but what help are they really and honestly?? We need help and fast instead of being palmed off and forgotten about.
