It needs to be taken down, this is somene with no remorse for animals abuse they did and is just making fun of it all now.

The fact that he showed no emotion except anger discussed me. I have multiple animals. If that was my cat I would have personally went uo to him and did the same to him. He has no right in doing that. He does not deserve forgiveness. If it was up to me he would be serving time already.

This is so horrible to do to a cat. Its one thing to shoo it away from the dogs food. But to strangle it for a minute and then throw it. And not even be sorry about hurting the cat. This is disgusting.
