This is a petition to both Facebook and Instagram to sort out their community guidelines and respond to user's supports.

Like many of us, we all use Facebook and Instagram right, but if someone reports a post that does have like adult inappropriate things or inappropriate images including children and young teens, most of the time what we receive from Instagram and Facebook are "This didn't go against the guidelines so we weren't unable to remove it" or something similar but the posts that people report do go against the Community Guidelines so please do something about this.

Another thing, that bothers me is that almost if not every company has a support email or an account on social media like Twitter where you can ask for support, but when it comes to Facebook or Instagram, it is really hard to contact them on either Facebook, via email or on Twitter and would really appreciate if you could sign this so we can get Facebook and Instagram to have an actual support team to help us with questions or other issues on their social media apps.
