Until these allegations have been proven, this is just a rumor!! What happened to "innocent until proven guilty"...you know, what our justice system is based on! Very bad decision Netflix!!!

This is absurd. What happened to inocent until proven guilty. It’s all alleged. NFL will let video proven wife beaters play ball and be role models for kids, but NETFLIX is to yellow to back it’s own for a show targeted to adults.

As many others agree, innocent till proven guilty. If they removed him after being convicted there would be no question it was the right move but mere accusations prove false pretty often.

Accusations should not end a career. Anybody can accuse anyone of anything. If a person is found guilty of the accusation after investigation is found to have merit then and only then should someone's career be affected. I am standing up for all of those accused without a formal investigation. I think everyone has the right to innocence until proven guilty. If these accusations are deemed false he should be reinstated and paid for lost income. If the are found to have merit like others in the industry that is a different story.

It is highly possible that they are more opportunists seeking revenge, the almighty dollar and “15 minutes of Kardashian fame”.

Until proven guilty he should still have a job- YES the show will tank without him- innocent until proven guilty- so if someone decides to accuse the writers of the show of the same are they done too? Since when the system change to where anyone could just say anything and it be treated as truth

He needs to be back on the show. IF he is convicted then action can be taken but SHAME ON NETFLIX for firing him on only ACCUSATIONS. The information we get regarding this is fishier than the docks in Newport beach. It is absolutely insane that he be fired without due process. Since when do companies get to decide people's fate? It's like an insurance company pushing chemo on a cancer patient when there are better options. Insurance companies are NOT doctors and NETFLIX certainly is in no way THE LAW. it's bad enough Netflix has mostly crap and we pay out the ass for a handful of good viewing now they get to dictate lives? Screw Netflix, cancelling my account and going back to cable.
