We have heard his ex version we haven't heard Dan's - the police have and after reviewing evidence did not charge - therefore not guilty. Why should the gut continue to be persecuted by online trolls . . Dan has apologised for what happened and that should be the end of the matter. Therefore he should be allowed to return to his job in peace. Other members of the cast of the Only Way is Essex have actually been charged with other offenses and where allowed back on the show . . Dan was not charged with anytjong and therefore should be allowed back.
