The CW finally caved and brought Chris Wood back as Kai Parker. This win belongs to every one of you who refused to let them ignore his character potential. Keep your eyes on the screen because we are watching to make sure they do his return justice.

Chris Wood is known in The Vampire Diaries fandom as Kai Parker. In the show's final season, Kai was sent to a prison world by his nieces, Lizzie and Josie Saltzman with the help of Bonnie Bennett. It's been leaked that Lizzie and Josie start questioning Ric about what happened to Jo and asking about Kai. Then Josie will attempt to release Kai from the prison world that Bonnie helped her and Lizzie trap him in. It'd be interesting to see Kai come back to Mystic Falls after all this time.

The massive surge of interest settles nothing for the executives who keep ignoring what the fans actually want. My frustration grows as they continue to stall on bringing back the only character that matters for this story.

Right please we need kai in this you know he made season 6 and 8 he is soooooo funny and he wants his 2 nieces dead which there in legices now so let the story carry on
Kai would shake up the new show better. Need a villain in the new show plus he can still be after the twins.
Please bring him back! It would feel even more like The Vampire Diaries with a throwback character. This would be even more exciting than referencing a character, and I even get excited when that happens.
Kai is so vital right now. He can literally come in, raise a little hell, save the little Saltzman's from the impending merge, raise a little more hell and leave! Or not??! Anyways, vital story line. Chris Wood, please??
We need Kai on Legacies. It'd be cool to see how he and Hope would influence each other.
Kai was my favorite non regular character on TVD. Chris wood owned that role!!
Kai is my most favorite character in TVD....it would be uncredibly perfect to see him again.

I would love to see this. Kai was an amazing villain in the vampire diaries because he WASNT redeemed. He definitely could've gave klaus and Katherine a run for there money in terms of creative destructiveness. He hit them in a weak spot like nobody else could.
