Charlie is officially heading to the show and the network finally caved to our demands. This victory belongs to everyone who refused to let them ignore her brilliance. Keep watching in case they try to pull anything else.
The people running the show have been ignoring us for too long but they cannot pretend we are invisible forever. I am currently hounding their producers to stop being cowards and give Charlie the platform she earned by shutting down her bigoted aunt.

This girl raises a very important issue and provides an amazing (yet sassy) example of how we can stand up for ourselves and who we are against even our own family. I for one, am very proud of her and i think being on the ellen show will give great exposure to this very important topic. Thank you charlie!

She is amazing. It is hard to stick up for one's beliefs especially when your own family doesn't fully support you, and she did it.

This is important. People forget the disgusting homophobia teens experience when they're out at home. This can lead to emotional or even physical abuse, and is damaging to the lgbt+ Member of the family. The Ellen Show is the perfect place to discuss these issues because a large percentage of the target audience are parents themselves, and Ellen herself is, of course, a member of the lgbt+ community.

YOOOO THIS WAS TOO FUNNY LMAO GIRL GOTTA BE ON ELLEN! But seriously though, help her find a place to stay where she can comfortably be herself and won't be judged by people who are supposed to love her.

I really hope this happens so that everyone can hear Charlie's story and that it will show her family and others that it isn't okay.

Honestly, I saw this post on Instagram and I was pretty amazed. This girl was probably hurting inside, but instead decided to speak up for herself and tell her so called 'family' where the boundary was.
