Chad Barber got sentenced to alternative school until January of 2018, just for bringing gas to school to use for his four wheeler when he got home that evening. Mr. Barber has recieved this punishment for during his senior year. He should not have to serve time in alternative school for something that shouldn't even be a problem. Kids receive the same amount of time in alternative school for bringing drugs to school as Chad would for just bringing gasoline to school. I think it is ridiculous how he got in trouble for something that anyone could get out of their car.
