My partner and I had a very bad experience with her, she homed a violient puppy with us, didn't get my home, the dog bite my son attacked my grandson, and everyone that came to visit, he attacked my other puppy in the eye she had to have treatment, when we took him back she told us to cage the dog or better still cage your grandson if we had concerns when he visit us. My parent took him back and explain he was dislexic and couldn't fill the forms in, she did this and later made fun of my partner on her Facebook page spurring a lot of vile comments, this lady doesn't love animals only in it for the money

I volunteered here. She is rude, does not care about animals and stunk of marijuana! Definitely shouldn't Be running that place!!!!

A licence for keeping animals states that they should be cared for!! At this place that is not happening. Why have rules if you don't enforce them? Money perhaps?

Definitely we made a donation last year into an 18 month old Patterdale and we're told he was "fiesty" & a "big personality " when in reality he was aggressive and violent towards all dogs and people. We were ALSO told that he was 18 months and then later discovered that he was actually 5/6 years old. We were ill informed and as a consequence we could not help the Patterdale even with training and obedience classes. Completely ill informed and as a consequence 3 dogs and 3 people were attacked from his volitile nature that we were not informed about.

Needs sorting.. animals treated with no respect or dignity..

This as to be investigated if the animals are being miss treated

Get them out. It's supposed to be an animal charity but yet even in a rescue they need rescuing for her !!

They sold me a lot of games the had been donated to them and when I noticed a few items were missing I went back and asked where they were and for the receipt for the items and he said it was private sale and nothing to do with the shop but people have donated it to them so it should have been for the animals

Such a messy place, dogs were sleeping in their own urine and feaces

We donated a large amount of items & when I saw conditions they were kept in I was appalled. Faeces all over cats pens, extreme high smell of ammonia from wee so much so my throat burned & long haired cats severely matted. I tried to adopt these but got conflicting stories. At the least an investigation should take place. Please look after the animals

Absolutely shocking human being (Sheila). Treats people like dirt and animals the same! She dragged our dog off us and wouldn't let us say our goodbyes. Broke our hearts! People turn the Rescue Centres for help not to be treated like were nothing. We're better than her for asking for the help. She needs to leave and Capricorn need a new owner who understands our situations!

Should have been shut down years ago had many a run in with these pair

I had cats from there a few years ago the conditions were really bad cats crammed in everywhere and the room stank

Heard too many complaints about this place. It needs investigating
