Get Capricorn animal rescue 1048511 looked into and founder Sheila Stewart removed.

The deliberate lack of interest in the health and well being for the animals in Capricorn Animal Rescue is staggering. Please remove the founder, Sheila Stewart and her son, Rob Stewart from having anything to do with this rescue. They have allowed a countless number of animals to become ill or die through lack of healthy diet and exercise, the lack of a clean environment and the mis-appropriation of funds that should have gone towards veterinarian care and other rescue essentials.

I really hope that everything is above board, if it is then she has nothing to fear, if she has been neglecting animals then she deserves everything she gets

Twice large donations of food, treats, toys, beds etc were made, the first one was about 10 x 15kg of food and the second time lots of people from a local dog training club made donations of items making up a huge 'hamper', on each occasion there was no reaction by way of a thank you, the people who donated were disappointed to say the least. The bags of food were taken to the rescue centre and I was stunned at the condition of the place, this was over 12 years ago so is sadly nothing new.

The animals welfare should always come first and ill treatment and neglect should not be tolerated.

We had our name down for a puppy a few years back, Sheila told us we were at the top of the list she and she would phone for home check, I'd even taken my boys to meet the puppy, 4 days after not hearing anything we popped down to be to,d she had been re-honed and that's how it was answered the phone mid conversation no sorry Pr anything, dogs were in kennels that were filthy and stank so much

I did a car boot sale and gave my proceeds to Capricorn animal rescue. and it wasn't what i expected. birds in cages by office in filth. Dogs in cages. chickens in the coop. i appreciate this woman is trying her best for the animals but i wanted the animals taken out and to knock down the place and start all over again. Totally disappointed in what i saw. These animals need a thorough seeing to by a vet and rehomed. With immediate effect. It upset means broke my heart.

whilst sometimes I am suspicious of claims, there are too many reports about Capricorn and it needs investigating quickly.
