We, the undersigned, demand that city and state officials redraw
BioDistrict New Orleans to take the residential neighborhoods out of the BioDistrict. We believe the separate planning process held by the BioDistrict was so poorly understood that few people in BioDistrict neighborhoods participated. As a result, we ask city and state leaders to disregard the recommendations of the BioDistrict Master Plan, since this plan does not reflect the will of the people
