this little girl needs help and should most definitely have a medical card , all kids that are sick and need medical treatment and medication needs this , our government is a disgrace kids that are sick should be top of the list

I can't believe that in this day and age this poor child's mother is subject to getting people to sign a petition in order to receive health care. There should be no thoughts about it whatsoever, this little girl should be entitled to whatever FREE health care to make her life a little bit easier.
