Get back Auckland-Hamilton-Auckland Commuter train

With so many first home buyers moving into Hamilton/Waikato area while still working/studying in Auckland, we really do need to have this service line back.
It was in the news last year that there's a plan to have the service back (http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/10036755/Commuter-train-to-Auckland-plan-back) but, nothing has been done since!.
As part of the OECD countries, we should as well have a sophisticated, reliable commuter train services to/from our economic capital.
