We, the undersigned, wish for the Parks and Recreation Department of Bushnell, IL to approve the necessary requirements for a soccer league for school age children for the Spring of 2013. We have parents, grandparents, legal guardians, etc... ready to help as coaches, assistants, team parents, whatever is necessary to ensure our children have a fun, safe and educational experience as soccer players.
