the city of grafton wv needs a place for the kids to spend their time and not spend it doing drugs and other things that may cause them and others harm . i think a skatepark would be a great place the kids of grafton can go and hang out . please help make this possible by signing this petition ... i thank you and the kids of grafton thanks u
