You are only guilty IN THE EYES OF THE LAW when proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Others can use whatever standard they wish to judge your guilt in their own opinion. I don't know what the result will be if any of the potential charges go to trial. I do know that the likelihood that such similar accounts would be given by so many women who don't know each other, if they weren't true, approaches infinitesimal. That meets my standard of proof for believing I don't want to listen to him on the radio--which is sad, because I loved him on Q.

Hopefully someday it won't be commonplace to automatically see people side with the abusers, and with those hopes maybe there will be a time and place where victims won't feel ashamed, embarrassed, or downright terrified to share their stories. Because there is nothing to be ashamed, embarrassed, or scared of - if someone has abused you, in any way, it is their fault, not yours.

Any abuse is not good. Unfortunately, JIan has gone too far for too long. As opposed to how tough it is to live "in public", maybe this fact helped him not get complained against. My best to victims of abuse everywhere.

It is getting out of hand. My thought is people on top got enemies. The stories were true or not only he himself know.

As the old adage goes: where there's smoke, there's fire! And, this loser (Jian) has been accused by too many people of wanton & uninvited predatory behaviour toward people he's worked with. He should be criminally charged, as far as I'm concerned!
