Jian was one of the best journalists on the air, but his actions are inexcusable and have reduced his career to dust. More than that, I feel extremely saddened for the women who have came forward and ignored or shamed.

I was sexually hassrassed working for two dentists in Toronto. The other women in the office saw what was going on but would not support me because they were afraid they would lose their jobs. Patients were also subjected to lascivious behaviour and sexual comments while sedated or behind their backs.

I support all women that have/do experience abuse to come forward and hold the perpetrators accountable. I applaud the courage it takes to find one's voice and to lay charges.
