I have finalized a formal request to the Tall Ships event organizers outlining the demand for this booking. My next focus is drafting a follow-up letter to the local council regarding the programming budget. You will receive an update as soon as there is a definitive response from the events team.

The scale of support has reached a point where the SIC events team must now formally acknowledge this request. I am currently drafting a letter to the organizers to ensure this volume of interest is represented at our first scheduled meeting.
