We, the citizens of the city of Winter Park, who live in the neighborhood, Georgetown Estates, petition Bishop Park apartments to install a eight foot fence or higher at the entrance of the easement located at Highway 436 with a No Trespassing sign located on it. Unwanted persons typically wander into the easement for no apparent reason. We are concerned for the safety of our children while playing in their very own backyards, as well as the safety of our homes and those who dwell in them.
