Au nom de la juridiction universelle, les procureurs en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas et du MICT devraient enquêter sur, entre autres, Anneke Verbraeken (déjà condamnée par le Conseil Néerlandais de la presse, pour avoir agi négligemment dans la publication d'un article sur un génocidaire au magazine Vrij Nederland. Professeur Hon. en matières de politique à l’université d’Anvers, Filip Reyntjes, qui a collaboré avec le gouvernement divisionniste Habyarimana sur un texte de constitution au Rwanda et revendique en permanence être un spécialiste du Rwanda et qui accuse le FPR du Président Kagamé d’avoir commis un second génocide et qui nie le nombre de victimes du Génocide de 1994 contre les Tutsis au Rwanda. Peter Verlinden, journaliste et responsable pour les informations internationales à één, la chaîne de télévision flamande officielle ; lui aussi prétend être un spécialiste du Rwanda et connu pour ses reportages tendancieux sur le Rwanda. Ceci n'est pas une pétition contre les défenseurs juridiques car nous ne voulons pas priver ni les auteurs du génocide ni les négationnistes d’une représentation légale.

Meneer Reyntjes, if someone will bring you ever to court it hopefully will be the Belgian state prosecutors or the MICT and that is the purpose of this petition: to put the attention on your responsibility into the 1994 Genocide of Tutsi in Rwanda. Bringing you to court will not be to discuss alleged RPF crimes but your responsibility into the killing of 1 million Tutsis by collaboration with the genocidal Habyarimana regime while you were supposed to keep a neutral position being the payed representative of Amnesty. You are not the constitutional expert that you pretend to be. Your private relationship with the Habyarimana's, your worshiping of their divisionist ideology and your flirting with the genocidal regime has intoxicated your healthy thinking. I’m wondering if you prayed in his Christian chapel or enjoyed the witchcraft in the adjoining room at your enchanting ruler’s palace in Kanombe? That could explain your muddled mind and delusions of grandeur. For once and for all, there was never a second genocide in Rwanda neither a genocide against Hutu in or outside of Rwanda. After your last visit to Rwanda in 1998, what makes your claimed expertise completely implausible, the country became prosperous and at least two million of so called Hutu citizens (now they call themselves Rwandans, as everyone living in that country) are out of poverty since, what you and your allies call the Kagame regime, are heading the country; something what would never have happened under the previous sectarian rulers. Well Meneer Reyntjes, I refuse to use your academic title which you should be deprived of, I think it’s time to prepare your defense instead of thinking you will fight a glorious battle in the courtrooms about your opponents not existing crimes.
