Come on GM, bring us some cool cars again! Sucks that there are better cooler cars overseas than here in the US where the brand was made! Bring it home

i think this is a great idea. if there was a model available in Australia up until 2013 stamping body work and finding a platform should be easy.

my grandfather bought an el camino brand new off the show room floor in 1987, since then it was passed down to my father, then eventually will be passed down to me and then onto my son. I'd love to see a new one.

I just sold a 4 door camery and could not find a car I like so much to put cash into. I have an older toyota 2002 and a 2008 set challenger. I would love a car to replace the 100000 miles 2002. This el camino would be cool and I would even go for a smaller motor as I have the challenger

I agree totally. If GM is looking for a new concept truck the El Camino design is a winner in my books.

The kid has the right idea. I live in Los Angeles, and for me, a full-size truck would be highly impractical. An El Camino, however, would be the right size, have the right utility, and would fit my life perfectly. In LA, the El Camino has never really gone out of style, and I have long been of the opinion that Australian-style utes would fit in here, in a big way. Listen to Rafael. He's wise beyond his years.

Kudos to Rafael Barkan. I am a sophomore in high school, and I have always loved Chevy El Caminos especially the fifth generation models. For a project in my Intro to Marketing class I made a marketing plan for a 2016 Chevy El Camino based off the Camaro. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_ajqL6GRGKgLXZyNVdBM3pIU0U/view?usp=sharing
