I think GM should start building a new El Camino as soon as possible.

I would be very interested in purchasing a new El Camino if GM were to revive the platform. My father owned a '64 and restored it as a custom show car. From that moment I was hooked. Australia had a ver. based on the Pontiac G8 platform......so stop teasing us please.

Do not modernize too much, keep a retro feel to it.

The 60's and 70's El Caminos were some of the hottest vehicles available at the time and I loved them. I owned a '73 SS with a 350 4 bolt. The swivel buckets were outstanding!!! Yes, please bring the Wl Caminos back, especially the SS versions!!!

I grew up with a 1972 El Camino that my dad had owned for 30 years. It was not a Super Sport, but it was still cool and it was in very nice condition and it turned every head in town. It was a car that I learned how to drive with, a car that I got to drive back and forth to High School and a car I had lots of fun with. My dad wasn't ready to sell it to me, so I searched for an El Camino and bought a 1976 El Camino for my first car.

I started with a '64 Ranchero my first car. The SEVENTH elky I have now is an '85 choo choo customs with buick grand national drive train. When you build it make it a drivers car/truck.
