Would purchase one in a minute, owned a '74 and a '76. Have had an '81 Vette and a '98 Z-28. The El Caminos were the best of the lot. I still see my old '76 around town and really miss it.

I worked for Pontiac dealer up to the end, and our factory rep brought pics and stats on one based on G8

I currently own a 1974 El Camino and had a 1970 for years. There should be room in the truck market for a new version, done well.

Drove a 1979 Caballero 160K miles before I sold it in CA... wish I had it back.
