the old ss elkys were some of my favorite all time cars. Espeicaily the ls6 1970. You have the ss platform now to build it on and with that ls motor it would be even a better performer then the old ls6.

The Pontiac "El Camino" has been available in Australia for some time now. Just google "Holden Ute" to see the specs and pictures. Some have been imported to California, but it's a real hassle. Best to move down under.

Holden Motor Car has the capacity to produce an El Camino type unit. GM has nothing to lose...probably nothing to gain, decent PR move.
