I own a rare '71 El Camino variant, the GMC Sprint and have found nothing but praise from all who view it. I agree with Rafael and thousands of others that yes, this is a vehicle that people want as long as it's kept affordable. Todays specialty vehicles are loaded with junk that people don't really need to enjoy the road which is what El Camino means "The Road".

While growing up, my Dad owned several El Caminos. He passed in 1988 and the el Caminos have now been long gone. If they were to come back, I'd buy one in a heart beat.

I have loved the El Camino since I was his age as well. I was saving to purchase a brand new Pontiac G8 ST until they cancelled the brand.
