When i was 12 i fell in love with the 1970 elco ss 454 ls6 it was a real muscle truck. the Australians have a base for the next bad a$$ elcamino ss please make it.

There was it was called the Pontiac G8 ST. They had a naming contest and then poof goes the economy. Just as a principle of good will GM should do a short run maybe 2-5K for model year 2016. I say this because Aussie car manufacturing is done in 2017. This would be great for those workers to produce knowing that their signature vehicle besides the commodore or statesmen saw the light in America before operations get shut down. make it as a V8 Supercars special to get Americans into their version of NASCAR, I think they already had a few races here in America/Texas.

I think if it is brought back it should have some of the classic style, keep it boxy not to rounded.

I heard there was a concept car/truck based on the Pontiac G8 platform right before Pontiac got the axe.... Just saying... The groundwork is already there, and I, for one, would definitely buy one. My '66 Elk was one of the favorite cars I have owned.
