I've owned a 64 and a 79 El Camino and loved both. I bought my GMC Canyon V8, because it was the closest modern cat to my 64. Bring the Camino back!

I feel in love with el caminos when I was 6....and got a matchbox 1970...ten years after that I got a real 1970 and it began my quest to become a restoring cars...it lead me to take auto shop in high school and go to McPherson college for a automotive restoration technology bachelor's degree. I am a member of an el camino club and am about to start my 2nd restoration on my el camino. I thank the el camino for where I am today. if the el camino returns I will be in line to buy one.

The el camino would be a good option for trucks around the city, since most people that use trucks in the city never need the high ground clearance or 4 wheel drive option, a new Elco would work best

I have often said if GM were to bring the Holden El Camino to the US, I would be in trouble. I owned a 1977,1980. and 1984. The last American made vehicle I have owned.

Oh, come on. It's the Holden Ute for crying out loud. You have the Chevy SS already over here, why not make the kids dreams come true? Just think of the positive publicity!
