This is outrageous. If this woman is paroled she will kill again. She's a serial killer and deserves to live in prison the way any male SK.
She killed countless innocent babies. The number will never truly be known thanks to hospitals cover ups. I doubt she even remembers all the lives she took. She feel no remorse for the lives she took. If she did she would have stopped after the first death and had turned herself in right there. She didn't. She doesn't deserve to come back to society. If she does, I firmly believe that she will start killing again.
She should've received the death penalty. Do not free this woman. I will never know my cousin because of her.

The hospital in San Antonio should be held accountable for their cover up of Jones' murders in their hospital before her transfer and further murders in Kerrville. They could have stopped her, but chose to just remove her from their unit and destroy records to avoid lawsuits. Jones is black blot and a disgrace to the nursing profession. I don't know if she has ever admitted her guilt or shown any remorse for her actions. She needs to complete her sentence in prison of 99 years +.

Regardless of how flawed laws may be in language or specifics to address every imaginable situation, monsters such as this one should pay a matching consequence. If not, the lives of her victims mean nothing nor does the notion of justice. Paroling this woman sends the wrong message to society.
Her victims weren't able to have a chance of parole they didn't even get a second chance at life. People like this have no remorse for their actions and are a continued threat to the communities they live in. My daughter Tammy René Planas was in the PICU when Jones was working there. She was getting better then all of a sudden she died.
This monster does not deserve to walk free. I am from Texas and have children here. Having people like her loose in my state makes me and my family feel unsafe. But we don't matter. I just finished the book "Death Shift". I think the author is right in his diagnosis of Munchausen by Proxy, but I also wonder if she has DID. It's criminal that hospital records about the baby deaths were destroyed. Those officials are accessories to murder.

In Massachusetts where I live when a person is convicted of murder there is NO parole. How does the toughest state on murder, Texas, allow this woman a parole hearing? She is the Angel of Death, not someone who should ever be let out again, let alone get a chance to get out. One of the victim's sister has put this petition online for all to sign and my signature will be placed on it. This woman should be behind bars forever, PERIOD.
