Gender Neutral Restrooms in Public Schools

I will put it in the words of a 10 year old girl who clearly has more wisdom than this president. "We talk about how we should not bully people, but isn't the president being a bully when he is telling the schools that anyone can use whatever bathroom they want? Without considering anyone's feelings?"

I do not want this legalized. A boy should go to the bathroom with boys as girls with girls. This is a receipt for disaster if allowed transgenders to use the opposite bathroom of how they were naturally born as. Anybody can say they're a transgender dressed up and rape a person. I'm telling you this is a huge mistake.

I'm sorry but I would not feel comfortable with my granddaughter using the bathroom from school or anywhere with boys. This is not right. And I don't find in no means acceptable.

My rights are being violated. I do not feel comfortable using a restroom with another gender. What about my rights?

I agree that it's not safe for any children of any genger to allow boys in to girls bathroom and girls in to boys. a separate bathroom should be created so everyone feels safe and comfortable.

To each its own but in all reality let's be mindful of the schemes of the enemy and protect our children now and in the future. We serve a just God and a God of order. God have Mercy!

I disagree with what President Obama signed. That the boys can use the girls washroom an the girls can use the boys washroom. I find that not right at all. I'm against that. We need to protect an respect our kids rights.

This is not right and this is opening doors to many things that could happen to our kids in the washrooms.

What about our rights. I don't want a man or boy to go to the bathroom with my 10 year old daughter or myself.Regardless it a man/boy feels like they are female. The straight fact is that they still have a penis ( because the average person can not afford the operation to remove their penis, which in turn subjects my 10 year old little girl and myself a high risk of exposure. Then the topic will be the safety of these transgender people. With a Redneck father and mother who believes in morals. People will protect our children. This is gonna cause mass caos. The bullying will only get worse.

I agree there should be a separate restroom/locker room for the transgenders.

As a mother of three small children, full time employee in Christian ministry and attorney I adamantly oppose this far reaching executive order. The way Chicago Public School washrooms are designed would mean that my kindergartner could be using the washroom with an 8th grader of the biological opposite sex at a middle school. This is not only completely unsafe but also could cause my very young child to be exposed to the opposite gender. Not to mention our constitutional rights being violated for being against our religious freedoms.

Having their own washrooms would make the schools safer.

Transgender should have their own bathroom.

I have 3 kids and I completely agree. We should look out for every identity not just one.

I absolutely agree. We can not allow transgenderes to use female or male restrooms by the way they feel for protection of all ages. It over steps rights and goes against God. The Bible is clear about sexuality --- and being a Nation that is found on God we need to keep his word close to our hearts. I love God and People but I don't not love the sin!
