Did you know that Long time ago women use to stay home and take care of the child while men go to work and get education. I strongly believe women should get as much education as men. I say that we should sue the men and give them a punishment! Also,men thought that women was weak and they thought that they were hopeless! I did not like what I heard when they thought women were weak!. And that’s what I call gender inequality!

Did you know due to gender stereotyping, men are often reluctant to apply for jobs that involve looking after children’s or older people. part time work in the UK women actually earn 5.1% more than men. Also in the 30s part time woman earn 7.8% more than men and 0.2% more in their 40s.Women are still seen by society at the primary carers of children and are often more attracted to caring jobs than men.Jobs such as cleaning catering cashiering clerical are usually referred to 5c jobs.

Why do women always have to be the ones to stay home? The reason why is that women has to clean and take care of everything even though it’s gender inequality men don’t care.

Overwhelmingly female they are often part time and lack job security and other attractive features such as payed holidays and company pension plans. The glass ceiling refers to a path. I don’t know why glass ceiling is so important to women?! How do women always have to be different from their gender it’s really mean and that women are much more smarter than men. I strongly recommend that we make the world happy and destroy gender inequality!
