The Distance Learning is not helpful at all as we are doing Home Schooling completely and the kids are not interested at all doing homework on Laptop

In March also, we have paid full month tuition and transportation fee for 3 days class. At least please consider fee reduction for this term.

Forced Annual Leave, unpaid Leave, salary remuneration and Employment Termination these are the concerns where most of the parents are facing right now. Since we are doing the Distance Learning maybe you can do something to help parents to reduce the emotional stress and financial issues by deducting some amount of school fees. In this way parents can support in teaching their kids properly with healthy mind and body.

This is a simple matter of charging for what you provide. It is hard to fathom why GEMS is even attempting to charge for services not being delivered and confusing the matter by referring to unrelated philanthropy.

Need school fees 40% reduction in term 3, since term one paid higher amount. Salary also reduced by 50% , may b next month we don't know where we will be.
