At that age she required full time guidance and assistance from either parent. Problem is, we are both working parents. Appreciate a worthwhile discount on term3 fees. Thanks for your understanding & cooperation

Whilst we agree that the school needs parents support to retain its teachers and other staffs, they’ve got to understand that all businesses in Dubai are taking hits and can’t expect customers to pay for it!
As a matter of fact, there are extra initiatives been taken to sustain the business to the least rather than being stiff with old fees structures.
Lastly, letting down so many requests doesn’t really build confidence and creates further insecurities towards continuing our contract with them.

We have 3 children in the school and it is very difficult for us to pay the full fees considering that I have no job currently and my husband is facing massuve salary cuts and uncertainty at his workplace.

We got also salary deduction 25% for the months of April June from the mother side for the father got basic salary only as it’s a new job .
July seems to be unpaid leave however not yet official announcement.

Dear All, I would like to request please consider a discount in school fees...as due this Covid-19 our salary also be impacted. As well my child is also new to the school she is in Pre KG..theirfore its tough for us to make her sit online and teach them..I request you please give us discount on fees.

Seeing the current situation of corona virus it's a request that there should be some fees reduction.As our business has taken a major hit and many of the payments have been blocked by the customer.Prrof available if required.

Please consider our financial situation we Re using our stationary time premises and systems which we have paid for already for this term ..there should be a cut on fee for sure considering parents situation too and that the online education is saving schools cost while doubling ours while their resources aren't being used ....my child would have max 2hours live sessions everyday while I have to sit help her the entire time
